PreAlertX is a critical alert system intended for use by authorized first responders. Misuse of this service, including sending false alerts or using it for non-emergency purposes, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3. Disclaimer

This service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. While we strive for maximum reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge that timely delivery of notifications is dependent on various factors, including your device's network connectivity and device settings (e.g., Critical Alerts on iOS).

4. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
